Your Account and Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Your account is for your personal use. You can delete individual journeys within the app. For account-level deletion requests, please contact us.
Journey Pass and Payments
New users receive one free personalised journey. Additional journeys require a one-time Journey Pass payment of A$9.99, processed securely through Stripe. The Journey Pass is a one-time, non-recurring payment. Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
